Many thanks to Jacob’s Ladder for doing an exceptional job of installing our new roof - there was considerable damage from a previous (but sadly, still reputable) builder whose installers cut corners terribly. Shawn & Jacob spent considerable time going over our challenges & concerns, helped us figure out how to repair the interior damage, our concerns for potential mold. They were here for the install, checked regularly on the progress and kept us informed about the previous damage as they went along. Working with a company we felt comfortable with (who also had competitive pricing) was a relief. Highly, highly recommend them.

My roof started leaking and Shawn came to give an estimate for a new roof and gutters. He caulked places that were leaking even though I told him I had more people coming to give estimates. Now that is truely an excellent company. They gave the best estimate and did wonderful work and remarkable clean up. I would recommend them to everyone.

I was told I had to replace a roof in order to fix leaks in metal garage. Shawn gave me an alternate route with repair and cost a lot less. I’m happy to say, no leaks.
